    So I've collected 5 cargos and the medicinal bundle but I can't redeem them at Norton Maxwell. Tried relogging and I was as close as I could get to Maxwell when I tried to redeem it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    I was trying him at 1/4, but I was misinformed. For this quest you need to redeem it at 2/1-Safe haven instead. This has been resolved.

    You are supposed to give the medicinal bundle to Alexandros in the 2/1 safe haven.
