my name is jacklaw my id is 2901991 and everytime I change maps I lose 65k vp sort this shit out or in done

 

Having had your account checked we were not able to recreate this issue. I have been given screenshots of your account which shows map movement and there were no changed to your hp or vp, however these do show your vp and hp and would require your permission to post these on an open forum. Please be aware that your screen configuration may have been changed in order that this be looked into.

I know it's not the answer that you want to hear but please clear your browser cookies and cache, this will delete the old stored data and allow the new correct data to be downloaded. Please remember that after deleting your cache it may be necessary to restart your PC after.

Then using the link below, please click "delete all sites" on the tool there, this will delete the entirety of the cache.

Once done please restart your browser and try again.

Yes this is still going on and some mods tell us has been reported. You either have to deactivate you pet then re- activate then click repair to get back and same when feeding pet repeat. Yes even happens when changing maps or when fighting and developers still have not fixed this happens to me a lot! Been like this since the sync for event.

ok it happened yet again I went from 2 maps to 1 maps to rep and my vp went from 265k to 200k and I had to log out entirely to come back with my correct vp

 

All I can tell you is that the team have been made aware of this and we are told that they are working on a more permanent solution.

I am sorry but i have no further updates at this time.
