    On top of everything else, I log on and find 30k vp gone. What has bp done now?

    We are having reports of this, and are being told logging out and in usually resolves the problem.

    I realise that this is not a satisfactory resolution, however at this time it is all I can offer.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    It seems that every time i feed my pet, I lose vp and gain it back when the pet food expires.
