Wait a Minute! (Level 6 Extension Packages for Sale Now)

level 6 extension items can be obtained only from these packs:

• Powerful Extension package
• Advanced Extension package
• Tough Extension package

All of the above can be purchased twice per account.

My question: So can you explain this current advertisement screenshot? it contradicts the above.--> https://prnt.sc/1de9ks5 <--(Or are they currently in the shop and I just cannot find them after a thorough search)? Otherwise, the developers need to yank this misleading advertisement that specifically mentions Level 6 extensions!

 

Have to admit if you refer to this "advertisement" "upgrade to the next level" feel like you can upgrade from lv 5 to 6. . . But yeah who look at those anyway? Otherwise the extensions lv 6 are there, if you can't buy them because you already bought the package before twice its not misleading on this sense. Its there, you just already bought it before and its limited. In my opinions.

 

But I have not bought anything but the 25% discount for 30 days in the last two months!

 

If you mean you can't find them, then personally under special, the extension sale only show me a few things but if you just filter category: Ship Extensions i do see them: https://imgur.com/a/OzwW7Vv

and if really you can't see any of them, either give your ID + server to the mods so they can check if they see it in the shop or go to the support if you sure you haven't bought any of those before this sales and you don't ahve them in your shop.

You are exactly right. One filter has no description just a "." Go figure!

Rymar - As I mentioned above, due to the outstanding help from pirate Esmeralda♥Pearl, I finally found the Level 6 packages! However, there is a shop filter that is messed up as I mentioned above: it has - right below "Extension Sale" - for a description, one single dot. -->https://prnt.sc/1dmggnb

 

This section of the market contain items which can be unlocked by gaining battle points.

We have already forwarded this "." section to be renamed.

Well - I have one last comment that I hope helps. I myself found the Level 6 package Display problem today by playing with it some more. Here is the answer:

1. https://prnt.sc/1e1gr1w <---Just checking the "Extension Sale" box shows ONLY these items...period.

2. https://prnt.sc/1e1q2ta <--Just checking the "." box shows only these items.

3. https://prnt.sc/1e1r4hi <--Checking BOTH of the above boxes shows the items from both boxes (which logically makes sense).

4 THE ANSWER: In order to see the "Tough Extension package", "Powerful Extension package", and the "Advanced Extension package", you click ONE box to filter and that is the "$" symbol! https://prnt.sc/1e1iqd0 <--This screenshot here shows only the Tough Extension Package, but by scrolling down you can see the other two packages for sale as well. (Where do I send my bill?)

 

Filters have been designed to work that way, they only shows specific items that match the applied filter.

Best way to find specific sale contents would be by clicking its banner on the first page of the in-game shop / homepage - this will open up all packages related to the banner clicked by you.
