    Hello. my name its Johnny and recent i was banned permanent for using a bot program. You know.. i just wanted to see if works to see how is it.. I invested in my account ALOT OF MONEY. I want to play more... and maybe becose this is my fist mistake BigPoint will be kind and give another chance. I regret fot what i did and now i see that BigPoint seariously treat this matter and i still want to come back in the game. I said i invested alot of money and its true. My ship wasnt built with this porgram... was built with my money. So again i ask another chance with the promise that i will never try to use any other program or exploits. Im sure that im not the only one who its willing to come back in the game and play a honest game. Before you tell me that its impossible pls... pls ask the BigPoint staff...if a player who invested over 3000 euros in his ship... doesnt deserve another chance... thank you.

    No account that has been permanently banned for using exploits will be returned to the game. It does not matter how much money was or was not spent on that account. Permanently banned means just that, it is Permanent and will not return to the water.
