Were Debuffs applied at the End of our "Here Be Sharks" Event?

    I certainly hope so. Or more to the point, as a previous pirate once posted, it would help if they were applied EARLY in each Event !! But assuming they have not been applied: I would be happy if they were applied NOW (based on results from the previous Event), in order to punish cheaters and to impair their boat functionality for the upcoming Event. Thank you for your time.
