What Happened to my Guaranteed Reward?

Relative to boarding, I received nothing (and my Boarding Value well-exceeded the required 50,000 minimum).

And for sinking it, all I received was EP <--(and less than the million guaranteed). What? (See Below from SF Bible):

Please be aware that none of the rewards listed within our SF Bible NPC thread are "guaranteed".

The amount of rewards such as Pearls Crowns Safanad Yulongs or EXP can vary from rewards listed within our Seafight Bible (Important: If NPC is / was damaged by other players your rewards will be lower as well).

Please check your boarding log found at "Crew" to see if your boarding value was above the required number.

If you did not find the issue please provide us with your server and ID number so we can review it for you.

Hi Rymar, just to clarify; are Seafight indicating that when listing an item in the bible, as in this instance;
Reward for Destroying:
125 Safanad coin
1,000,000 Experience Points
then you could receive 1 safanad & 1 EP for kill and thats's OK? if system indicates:-
Reward for Destroying:
125 Safanad coin
1,000,000 Experience Points
then that should be guaranteed not " it could be"
I certainly wouldn't be happy

None of the rewards show "guaranteed" - therefore you could get 990 000 EXP or 1 020 000 for example. There is no set value when it comes to rewards, everything is distributed by the amount of damage dealt.

Good point - yes, one player (or multiple players) had been shooting it down. But I *did* Destroy (sink) it as shown above from my Logbook, and I *did* receive 90% of the EP, but nothing else. I agree with pirate djt182. I should have gotten 125 Safanads for the sink. It's not "most damage" like in our Events. Here are the Boarding Values at that moment in time for that NPC. I was "way above the minimum requirement". Thank you for your time.

Every single reward within the game (NPCs) is DAMAGE SHARE - which mean you could get 1 coin 0 coins 100 coins depending on the amount of players who actually shot / damages the NPC.

There is no technical issue with that bit.

I have reviewed both your account and the NPC.

Firstly, the EXP you have earned is correct, NPCs have a random deviation of rewards that can be given, on this occasion yours was the lower side of 1,000,000 EXP.

Regarding the Safanad Coins, when viewing the NPC I can see that currently this admiral is configured to only provide Safanad Coins for players who are using the Seafight Client. We will remove this check in a coming sync.
