    What happened to the pay by cash option in the purchase menu? I had money on my account and now the option to use it is gone???

    Ahoy mate,

    If the option is not showing up in the options menu then it is no longer offered in your area. If you wish for it to be brought back then you will have to contact customer care. They deal with all the payment related issues.
