if your using chrome they have been having issues try using firefox, opera or another browser to play if you have the problem on all browsers your cache and cookies need to be cleared also scanning your comp on a daily basis will help as well

I think you need to go to your native language forums since your english is not making sense. Either that or the translator you are using is not reliable. They will be able to better help you there in your own language.
