    So I wasn't on a boat for like 3-4 years it was lvl 18 and elite 18 and had like 15-20 event skins including the old Christopher Columbus skin and the winter frozen design is there anyway to get the back cuz I ended up making an another account in the email address that t was under and now I am afraid that it is gone for good is that true ?

    The first thing I can say is that you have probably lost your ship for all time due to the time frame you mentioned in your thread however, I would recommend that you write support and ask for it back, the chances are slim but maybe not impossible. I lost mine forever from inactivity for 30 days 5 years ago. Stranger things have happened, good luck in getting it back.

    Unfortunately, Challenger is right. You will need to contact support. Ignore any error message you may receive. Your ticket is being sent. Please do not send multiple tickets.

    Give them your name, your player name, and password, and attached email address that you used. Give the approximate date of when you created the account. Provide your payment (credit card) info., as well.
