Whatr happened to my pearls, 1218 level 4 powder monkeys ?

    I don't know what happened. I purchased 1,218 pirates and never received them. Instead I was short a whole lot of pearls. In checked my log and 2014/05/26 it read 57,855 pearls for 1218 sea monkeys. You know that I would never intend such a ridiculous purchase. Is there any way you can fix this. I would greatly appreciate it. I cannot afford such a loss. 2014/05/26 America elp approx 40,597,101

    I don't know if they can but you might include your server and your user ID, also throw in your current elite points for good measure.... they sometimes ask for ELP as a security measure.

    Shiver has been trying for almost a week to find out why my pearls disappeared. Still no word. I lost 15000 pearls.

    If your logbook shows you purchased then we are unable to reverse this purchase. However, if you write to support, they may be able to on their end. I am sorry we cannot help you more.
