    Seren (Global Team Leader) and Shiver ( Board Admin) have both supposedly inquired a week ago regarding the issue with the decreased Battle Points and have not received a response? Why won't they even show you the courtesy of responding? All the while we are supposed to have patience and the standard ' we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused' canned responses. What we want are REAL answers. If you 2 are ignored in this manner, just imagine how much we are. Do you expect them to respond in the next day, week, month, or will it perhaps be even longer? It is a very basic question, I see no reason for them to refuse to answer it and correct the problem in short order.
