When was change?

Rise are you just stating what you think?

I have seen no news in forums about this so can you please get a date on change. Have always been told by support that you only use the highest 1st not both and when 7% expires reverts to 5% cannon damage. It would be nice if that woks but I have never seen change in damage when having 5% and 7%. So come on if this is right need to put that info out there, seems left hand dose not know what right hand is doing because support says not working together for 12%! There has been no Official Announcement stating this change so I do not believe this 1 bit because see no change in damage when having both!

This has been confirmed by the development team as well as the Moderator team with accounts with just one of the buffs and then with both and there was a noticeable difference.

I repeat though, Rise is spot on and is speaking from that fact that this was coming from the development team.

 

So I guess that's another thing just change and no need to tell players so this I guess how tomake up for lsing damge every time they a cannon damage re-factor crap to rob peoplewho took lots of time to get damage, for what they say is better system. What a joke and load of crap this game has become.
