Feedback When will my WB Lvl 3 be credited? ... Never?

I followed some posts on the forum recently and I ask myself:

"When will I receive my WorldBreaker Lvl 3 that I should (AND WHAT WAS PROMISED TO ME because it's very clear in the FAQ that I would give WB Lvl3) when opening the event chests?"

And the answer is obvious. I will never receive. Because, unfortunately, currently, from the forum to the main decision makers, there are only incompetent professionals.

How am I going to check my Logbook if it only shows me limited pages? I can see it until the following date: 2021-09-11 20:15:47, it's 3 days ago.

It's no use clicking on the two arrows, Rymar, as you suggest in this topic. Do you happen to open the game and check it before writing this answer on the forum?

Where was it announced that there would be WB compensation? On patchdays notes? On Facebook? In some other kind of notice? Where was it, in such a Discord that I have no idea what it is. As I found out, someone spoke in a forum thread.

I've been following for 12 years what I need to know on Seafight here on the forum. Why are there things that are in this Discord thing that aren't here? To make an event they are lions, to admit a mistake they are kittens.

When a company commits a failure, it pays back those who were harmed. But you want us to publish a record that we can't even access. It's ridiculous. It's a bunch of incompetent professionals.

Again I ask the question:
