    Yes it has been . It was announced in Patchday Notes 2019:

    Ahoy Pirates,

    There will be another sync today.
    Bug fix: One of the (in-game) black market packages was wrong configured and it was not possible to exchange coins for one faction. - FIXED
    Bug fix: The arena had 15 phases instead of 6. – FIXED
    Bug fix: The hall of fame wasn´t displayed on the website. - FIXED
