Why are *ALL* Events Ending Sooner than the FAQs State?

Example: I checked this morning over 4 hours *before* 12 noon Local Server Time. Once again, this Event (please see below) has ended prematurely! And this has happened several events in a row. I am certain that other players will back me up on this. Why is this happening (thus making the FAQs both misleading and incorrect)? Even now, there is still 1 hour and 40 minutes left before 12 noon LST on Tuesday, 4-25-23. Yet our Event is gone!

The event starts at Thursday, 13th April at 12:00 noon and ends Tuesday, 25th April at 12:00 noon.

All times are local server times.

Also these packs are cunfuseing as i thought i was buying lv 2 overlords but i ened up buying no lv 0 overlords when it said lv2 overlords so im just confused

I have just looked at the event configuration and it was configured to end at Tuesday, 25th April 2023, 12:00:00 PM. If this is not the case then this is indeed a bug and I thank you for bringing it to our attention.

I shall check this during the next event to make sure its ending correctly.

Thank you. In fact, I logged on at 9:30 am (my time is CDT) that morning (7 a.m. LST) for the Traders. I was touching the Safe Havens with my mouse. None were shown.

 

Since this issue has been forwarded for investigation and there is no further questions I will close this thread.
