why battle points changed?

    So why did they change battle points I was getting 18 from guy that has 200k more bp's than me. He is now 230k bp more than I do and now only 13 really . Why?

    It has been asked for nearly 2 weeks and as of yet , no answer has been given to the mods to explain the reason for the reduction in battle points.
