why cannot I get the answer to this from BP?

I have been complaining about this over and over and I am tired of receiving deflections regarding the issue. I KNOW you know the maximum hit possibility and reload times of a fully maxed ship. With that information, you could easily calculate the fastest possible time to complete the rift map. I am willing to be proven wrong with a simple answer to this question, "is it possible to complete the rift map without using some sort of cheat in times under 15 minutes? I mean, it seems to me to be simple math! Why cannot you just tell me if it is possible and shut me up?
I received the Barracuda league buff yesterday and got the armory buff from the genie this morning. I have 731 cannon with a 1.96 reload time. My cannon are a mixture of lvl 4 and 5 bastion, level 5 and 6 worlds. I just did the rift map ...no need to spend any time repairing or running and I got a time of 21 minutes. Once, with another buff, I was able to get a time a little over 19 minutes. I would LOVE to see the setup of the ships that are getting sub 15 minute completions. I think it is impossible. Please, please, do not just blow me off and give me an answer as to why I am not ever in contention for the rift buff. Last cycle I was in position 58 and there were 15 players with sub 15 minute times. Shut me up by answering my question. It is simple math that you have the ability to calculate! I don't have the numbers or I would do it. Or..give me the hit points of each wave in the rift and the maximum possible hit of a fully loaded ship along with the minimum reload time and I will gladly do the math myself. thanks

its not so diffucult to drive this times on rift. I use 2 setups for this:
1 setup: firestorm mixed with bastion 4&5 and use the stain of speed to have a 1,5 reload time drive to wave 24 than i switch to setup 2: full dmg canons, use the lvl 5 oder lvl 6 ribs mixed with stain of speed to becareful you need a damage prevention of 91% or over them than drive to the end and use super armor plates and you need blood of inya.

even to do at 13.02 i do that aswell
iff your full bastion level 5/4 and world cannons level 6
use your lamp arsenaal on your ship you use speedchains level 6 aswell
so your reload will go down at 1.6 1.7 depends what cannons you use
it also depends iff you have sellsword level 5 trainers level 5
super plates etc... so i think you complain because your just to slow and its normal nobody will tell how they use it because iff every 1 know this setups it will be hard to be in top 5 again its simple sincerely

 

I have basically exactly the setup you have mentioned although I do not have that fast of a reload time. I still do not see how it is possible. My reload time is 1.96...but I cannot see that making a diffence of 7 minutes. simple sincerity. I don't doubt your ability to do as you say, I would simply like to know why it seems impossible to do with my setup that seems nearly the same as yours.

 

I run one setup throughout the map....although I do not use the firestorm cannons. I tried using my firestorms and had less luck than with my worlds and bastions. I cannot get down to 1.5 reload..(I am at 1.96) Still..with what you have said and considering my setup...I still cannot imagine reducing my time by over 7 minutes. I don't doubt your ability to do as you say, I would simply like to know why it seems impossible to do with my setup that seems nearly the same as yours.

unfortunately but due to the vast amount of cannons / ship extensions / gems we are unable to provide you with the exact preset needed to achieve better time in the rift.

When it comes to Rift it is hard to say what each player use (preset) while doing their rift.

Do not forget that each account differs in the amount / kind of cannons, level of their gems, ship extensions, ammunition used, rockets and many more.

To answer your question - yes it is possible to complete the rift under 15 minutes, however if you feel like someone's time seem suspicious please forward such player with their server/used ID to Support for further investigation.

A suggestion which may be helpful to you (my personal experience while doing the rift):

1. While damage prevention is important you cannot forget about your dodge chance (yes this also works in rift)
2. Sometimes it is better to use firestorms - like suggested by your fellow pirate - to decrease your reload time
3. Always use Rift ammunition
4. Make sure your ship / pet gems are correct and your trainer are on
5. Create more than 1 preset for rift (one for damage and second for full defence)​

Thanks Rymar.... I have not needed to use a second setting for quite awhile. My time issue seems to be in the last 5 waves. I have watched videos on youtube of players posting these times and I seem to be about the same until the waves require higher hit values.
My ship now has all level 5 trainers and Level 5 selward. I had the genie buff for cannons, the baracuda league buff, and the 3% extra cannon buff this morning. My reload time was 1.96. My damage prevention is a little above 94%. If I can remember right, I had 733 cannons....a mix of 4 and 5 bastion and 5 and 6 worlds. (358 lvl 6 worlds). I believe my gems are appropriate for attack and defense.
Of course, I am not fully maxed, but it still baffels me as to how I can be a full 10 minutes slower than other players when I have all these buffs. (of course I am using rift ammo! I know when and when not to use bloodlust. I know how to get past wave 27 without wasting time repairing. Well...I think I have to accept that there is something that I am missing and that it is possible to acheive these times..it simply seems strange to me that there is such a large difference.

 

hey...I was just informed that I cannot give out our TS info. Sorry. Thank you though. I am now thinking that it is related to my not having my slots completely open. I have all my cannons, but not my expansion slots which limits how many chains of speed I can load and keep my defensive skills up.
