why can't customers get customer service from bigpoint? players in seafight specifically have been trying to get some kind of customer service since 2008. support does nothing but state what it will not do for customers as if it is not held accountable by anyone. we use to be able to contact bigpoint co. in california but now we can not. there are so many complaints in the u.s.a. about bigpoint with the better business bureau you would think any company would be shut down. maybe that happened. it would seem it is in bigpoints best interest to care for customers rather than disregard them.

the last known contact with bigpoint in california that i know of was over a year and a half ago. a person who claimed they were in relation to customer service cleaned house in the seafight network because of reported issues. her name was crystal. she made things right for a period of time and helped customers on behalf of bigpoint company in the united states. i have tried to contact her by e-mail but it is not possible any more. it is possible as you say it has been closed maybe because of all the complaints. atleast for a time someone tried to respond to customers and act responsibly. it now appears though the old regime is back in power in that instead of any care for customers, support can and will do what it wants; if or when it wants; or not respond at all to known complaints or issues. as long as people are willing to pay money to be treated poorly nothing will change in seafight. i do not claim to know if all bigpoint games are the same. good luck to anyone thinking it will ever matter what customers need as far as service ever again.

MasterandCommander and blueseamonster, I am sorry you feel that way.

The Customer Support Team is very active and working to resolve issues as they are presented. To ensure that your submitted requests can be acted upon, provide details along with ship ID and server on which you play.

Often a player has omitted something that prevents quick resolutions and when requested, the additional information is not provided.

As the question in this thread has been answered, I will now close it.
