Why can't we get on the water....only can get to 49% logging in user then goes to logout.???

    Why can't we get on the water....only can get to 49% logging in user then goes to logout.??? Is this what we get for our premium memberships and ALL the money we spend for a game that does not work correctly a good percent of the time?
