Why close so fast?

    Well anser to your reply we do send in Id's and screen shot's to show to support but dors not good just a copy paste reply from them and they still doing this for years now. So what do yoy think the legit players would think with same players doing same old exploits, lots here been playing way to long with maxed boats and do not or does BP offer the things that they are using to us. We have Global cool down they do not use amulets faster than you can shoot them down, shooting from under light, Voodoodoom double damage or way more cannons than allowed to do 80k plus damage and when we post this in forums we get warnings or banned so you tell us what are we to think here? Either you people at BP do not want to stop then , don't care or just do not have the personal that knows how to stop them. They still using Fid2 or 3 to no end so why should we spend our money to compete with cheats?

    All information sent into support is looked into thoroughly. That is why it takes a lot of time to review. Certain levels of evidence are required before banning an account and they must stick to those rules.
