Why do I have to keep repeating my quests ?

On level 21 Oswald Murrar Has gave me the same quest twice 10xHRMS Renown 10xHRMS Warior. Last night when I went back to him after completing the quest the 2nd time ,there was a Quest there for me to purchase for one day one of the officers. However it was all blackened in. I had the crowns to purchase him, but it was blackened in because I already had 14 of each. When I went back this morning to check it thier was another quest for me to repeat the former quest over again for 500 crowns. Would you please correct this for me? 14/42414259

Within the game there are three different types of quests; Quests, Repeatable Quests and Tests.

The Quest you are describing is repeatable every 24 hours and resets at noon local server time each day. You do not have to do this quest each day, just if you so choose you can - commonly players complete this quest daily to earn Crowns.

This can be seen in the Daily Quests: Levels 21 - 25 Seafight Bible entry.

By viewing the Quest Menu Seafight Bible post you can see links to all the Quests that need to be completed for each level, the Tests can be found in the Tests Post.

Please be aware that you are required to do all the Quests for your level first, before, being able to complete the Test.
