Why do legit players suffer?

this is silly that since you started de-buffing players i do not get any BP from anyone.

now it takes forever for me to make BP to level up, it also makes me a high target because i Actually give out BP to players who are trying to re-make BP.

This need to change!!!

I dont understand what debuffing have to BPs gain?

If you are simply to high and sinking lower players you wont obtain as many battle points as you think.

The lower the player the lower BPs he / she drops - there is nothing wrong about it.

Really? You don't understand? Let me explain then....
You take away BP from those players that are caught cheating, so now players that used to give good BP only give out 5-6 BP when before debuff they would give upwards of 20+ BP, so yes, legit players suffer.
The strongest ships in this game, without any accusations, have mostly been debuffed, so your statement "The lower the player the lower BPs he / she drops - there is nothing wrong about it" is a highly inaccurate statement!!!
