why do slow down rocket range so short

    a rocket needs to shoot as far as 55;s at least.. not like a 30lb, slow downs dont shoot far at all no need to even buy them , rockets should out shoot every thing , what we have as cannons 155"s mm's and rockets are bottle rockets
