why i can't use chi chi stick.

    iam lvl 58 curently, but can;t use it to complete quest to kill fenghuang raider npc. cant jump to map.

    You won't be able to join the Delta Raid at all (chi chi) your pirate level is already to high, these quests are off limits for you.

    These are level requirements for all raid maps:
    • Sunpirates Raid is for Levels 1 to 15
    • Behemoth Raid is for Levels 1 to 20
    • Commonwealth Raid is for levels 21 to 30
    • Delta of the Hai Yan (Chi Chi) is for Levels 31 to 50
    • Palace of the Elements for Levels 41 to 60
    • Kalyton's Retreat, is available for Levels 51 to 60
