Why?

    I haven't been able to play this game for 12 hours now, should never take this long to resolve an issue, but since it has I want credit for all my buffs and boosts not my fault the game is broke why should I or anyone else lose what we worked for? why should I or anyone else spend money on a game that could care less about it's customers? you keep bringing crap out that we have to spend cash on but events are awful now going to go from 68 maps to 36 to make them even worse, I'm sick and tired of BP treating your customers like second rate citizens because without us you would be 3rd rate bums living on corners begging for change.

    I know why, happens everytime they run multiple events, maybe they should stop the sale of 50 different $$ payment offers and multiple events, obviously they are not equipped to handle all of this on their servers.

    Gettin real tired of this Merry go Round of a vicious circle.... Games busted, somethin gets put on sale.

    Enticing customers to REWARD BP/SF for the problematic game they put out and maintain (or lack of)
    is getting extremely tiresome. As well it does nothing to restore the damge thats been done or renew peoples confidence that the game really is worth playing anymore.

    totally agree ! but on the plus side ..all the sea botters logged out due to the many restarts :oops::oops::oops::eek::eek::eek::eek:
    I'm sure ill get a slap on the backside for that one but ..FACT!

    Anyone else still having problems with the game? Everytime I try to fight with someone there is a huge lag and the game freezes for like 10 seconds, can't really do anything else in this game but scrolls.

    We've had multiple restarts the last 3 days and game works alright for an hour or 2 and then goes back to lagging so bad that it's unplayable. I think we should all be compensated for items that we worked hard to get and can't even use them such as buffs, sellswords, Legacy's, etc.

    compensated ?? This would be the biggest compensating, I don't know what problem you Bigpoint have with servers, but it's getting out of hand/

    why anybody dont say nothing.. we waiting 3-4 days and you are only said we fixed .. why we dont see you fixed.. we lose elp dag, ex dag. deck day.. and you are said we fixed no you are dont anything..

    They're problem is they combined many, many servers to have a mega server which, they can not handle . Ever since they did this we have had problems daily, hourly, every minute! Like many people said, FIX THE GAME, FORGET THE EVENTS AND SALES!

    Sadly - they just don't care. That's the conclusion I have reached over 8 years of playing. They develop the game based on what the developers *think* we want, they don't take polls or talk to us in Forum (unless you go to their top-secret site: "discord"), they don't play the game and thus have no clue what is going on, and they leave the Moderators (a lot of whom have quit) out on a limb trying to answer our questions the best they can. The problem: the Mods aren't told either! It was a really fun game back in 2009 that they have run into the ground in the years since. Pathetic. And I am convinced that it will never change until they close down the game for good.

    The problem is big point do not own the game....they just manage it(and not good)...They do not want the extra expense to provide a better game(no incentive from owners)nor stop the cheating...If we want results..we must get in touch with the owners(as they probably are not aware of our unhappiness)....There is no skin off bigpoints nose if this game goes down...they already have made their money from it....

    Regardless of who actually owns the game, the current owner(s) want to make a profit. So that capitalistic drive should make them pressure BP (or whoever manages it) to manage it in a profitable way. Otherwise, the owner(s) will sell it. But most definitely - someone has "fumbled the football" big time....and for a long time.
