    Hello there Pirate,

    The winter presents will reward you with snowflake bonus maps, Snowflake maps are stackable with a maximum number collected, It is likely that you have reached the maximum.

    So in order for you to open a winter present and collect the snowflake map reward you will first have to complete a snowflake map, you will then be able to redeem a winter present.
