Winter Scroll Snowballs Missing

Hello,
I know me and several other fellow pirates have reported this issue and I took my chance at winter scroll wave 15, however; problem still seems to be there. I am only reporting this one just to let game developers know that I didn't get snowball rewards again (just like I didn't get them for wave 13 as I reported earlier)

I am aware that there are more urgent issues regarding the event but these snowballs are really important for me and possibly for a lot of others to participate in the event as most of the npcs need pearl ammo to shoot.

We would be really glad if the team can solve this issue before the event is over and book our missing snowball rewards for the waves we have already done.

No worries mate, I've no issues if you keep a note of these types of things here, as you rightly say there are more than a few things getting worked on.

I do hope this is resolved for you soon.
