Wont let me buy first Aftcastle slot

    so i go to ship castles and i only have the free slot unlocked and have canon loader lvl 1 in that. I would like to buy Aftercastle slot #1 it says it costs 75 K pearls i have Pearls: 143'512 now i click on "Buy slot (75'000 P.)" and nothing happens can you let me know if there is something else i should be doing. cause it is not working.

    Ok it is not working I wanted to buy castle but i will wait till castle days i hope it is fixed by them.

    what browser are you using ? try using a different browser sometimes if i use chrome it wont let me reset skills so i have to use firefox or a diff browser try this if it dont work wait till castle days as you originally planned

    I have tried to get the slot on 3 different computers and 6 different types of browsers.
    Still did not work I am getting upset with this castle this so I an buying lvl 2 voodoo priest. I am upset that this is not working. Hopefully it will work when castle days come.

    my User ID: is 85/41815633 that problem is on server global America 2 for some reason i cant get into that server anymore it says that i am banned can you please help me I have no idea why i cant get in please help

    I can find no ban fo rthis account on Global US 2. Also the first castle slot is free and is able to be opened, so I see no issue here. Please make sure you are logging into the correct account.

    I am logged into my accout i try to switch servers to global America 2 but it shows this

    I have no idea why so i am logged on global America 1 waiting for problem to be solved. This bann is not right and i would like you to please see why it is on and take it off if there is no reason.

    I don't know my ID for that server but my username is thejudge213 please help me get back on that server with event going on this is bad time for me to have bann and i don't know what the bann is for. please help
