    The blame in this matter lies directly upon you, in the fact that you have bought or taken the Pirate test and gone beyond level 20. All players are aware that at this moment is the top level.

    However as this high level that you have is causing a disturbance in your game flow, which means you can not interact with Alexandro, we will not at this time take any action.

    The only solution for this is to set you back to level 20, which we can do upon your request. Although there will be no compensation or return of any pearls spent during this action you have taken.
