Wrath of Freya​

The event starts at Thursday, 20th February at 12 noon and ends Tuesday, 4th March at 12 noon.

All times are local server times.

Wrath of Freya event features the following:

Phase 2 of the event will begin on 26th February at 12 noon.

General Info

During the event, you can hunt 7 event npcs Suspicious Vessel, Freya Disciple, Monstrous Destroyer, Siren, Tentacled Fiend, Calypso and Spawn of Calypso on maps 5 – 54 and 2 event submarines Delphin and Triton.

Siren can cast a special Sirens Singing zone which infatuates all players who are standing inside this zone. Due to this infatuation, you temporarily lose control of your ship and it moves around randomly for 10 seconds.

Although you cannot shoot whilst being infatuated, you can use all of your Action items. You can use the Action Items “Unstoppable” or “Blood of the Inya” to break free from this infatuation.

If a player enters the Sirens Singing zone, it is repealed for a short time.

After a certain time, or as her health goes down, the zone gets triggered again, eventually getting bigger until it is finally too big for even the most far reaching cannons to shoot from outside the zone!

Therefore, a player has to sacrifice himself and sail into the zone so that it disappears temporarily.

Calypso spawns with a certain chance when Tentacled Fiend gets sunk
Calypso has a huge amount of hit points and is accompanied by four Tentacles.

Spawn of Calypso can be spawned when Tentacled Fiend is sunk.

Calypso can be spawned when Spawn of Calypso is defeated.

These Tentacles keep respawning as Calypso’s hit points get reduced. As soon as Calypso is sunk, all remaining Tentacles disappear.

When Calypso is sunk, she has a chance to spawn the Spawn of Calypso, which has Spawn’s Tenril that act in the same behaviour as the Calypso’s Tentacles.

All event ships must be shot with elite ammunition.

NPCs

• Delphin
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Cursed Souls, Orichalkum, Event points, Common Tools or Safanad.
• Triton
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Radiant Souls, Event Points, Uncommon Tools, Safanad or Orichalkum.
  • If you inflict at least 5% damage, you have the chance to get the Nereid Ship Design (Fallback: Crystals).
  • The player who inflicts the last shot will have a chance to ger The Nereid Ship Design (Fallback: Crystals).
• Suspicious Vessel
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Yulong, Orichalkum, Cursed Souls, Event Points or Serpent Scales.
• Freya Desciple
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Yulong, Orichalkum, Event points or Serpent Scales
• Monstrous Destroyer
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Crowns, Yulong, Safanad coins, Orichalkum, Event points, Event points, Serpent Scales or Radiant Souls.
• Tentacle Fiend
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Crowns, Pearls, Yulong, Safanad coins, Orichalkum, Event points or Hair of the Dog.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage will receive Cursed Souls or Safanad coins.
• Siren
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Crowns, Yulong, Safanad, Orichalkum, Event points or Quill and Paper.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage will receive Radiant Souls or Safanad coins.
  • The player who inflicts the last shot will have a chance to get a Fortune Cookie.
• Spawn of Calypso
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Crowns, Safanad, Orichalkum, Event point or Yulong Coins.
• Spawn of Calypso Tentacles
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP or Event Points.
  • The player who does the last shot has the chance to get Agwe Armor Plates, Mojo, Crystals, Agwe Amulet, Heartbreaker ammunition, Steel Harpoons, Black gunpowder, Heartbreaker ammunition, Crystals or Overlord Level 5.
• Calypso Tentacles
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP or Event Points.
  • The player who does the last shot has the chance to get Agwe Armor Plates, Mojo, Crystals, Agwe Amulet, Heartbreaker ammunition, Steel Harpoons, Black gunpowder, Heartbreaker ammunition, Crystals or Overlord Level 5.
• Calypso
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict, you are rewarded with EXP, Pearls, Crowns, Yulong, Safanad, Orichalkum or Event points.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage will receive Emperor Deepsea Bag, Astral Familiar Booty Bag, Captain’s Chest or Grimalkin Blue Design (Fallback: Crystals).
  • The player who inflicts the last shot will have a chance to get Grimalkin Blue Design (Fallback: Crystals).

Ammunition

Heartbreaker ammunition and Heartbreaker Torpedo cause more damage against all Nautica and Atlantis event ships/subs.

Event Treasure Chests

In the Event Treasure Chests you find many useful items, such as Heartbreaker ammunition, Simbi Amulet, Dragonfire lv2, Bloodlust, Teleportation, Chi Chi Sticks, Bastion lv 6, Overlord lv6 or Mojo.

Atlantis Treasure Chests

In the Event Treasure Chests you find many useful items, such as Heartbreaker Torpedo, Simbi/Taureau Amulet, Rare Tools, Super Armor Plate, Big Atlantean Booty Bag, Atlantis Chest Key, Mako/Amarax/Mombu Lvl2 Blueprint or Mojo.

Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with Harpoons. You can useful items such as Heartbreaker Torpedo, Super Armor Plates, Dragon powder, Hailstorm, Simbi Amulet, Overlord lv 3, Bastion lv 4 or Dragonfire lv2.

Atlantis Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with Harpoons. You can useful items such as Heartbreaker Torpedoes, Super Armor plates, Dragon Powder, Hailstorm, Mako/Amarax/Mombu Lvl 2 Blueprint, Dragonfire lv2 or Uncommon Tools.

Cargo Crates

In the Cargo Crates you find Mojos, Crystals or Heartbreaker ammunition.

Quests

• Phase 1:
  • Nautica - 7 quests: 6 normal and 1 daily (2nd to last quest is daily)
  • Atlantis - 4 quests: 1 new quest for the first 4 days of the event, with the last quest resetting each day at noon
• Phase 2:
  • Nautica - 7 quests: 6 normal and 1 daily (last quest is daily)

The daily quests are reset each day at 12 noon (local server time).

Post Event Compensation

The event keys are exchanged for normal chest keys. Atlantis Event Keys will be exchanged for Atlantis Chest Keys.

Event points will be exchanged for Gold.

Cursed Souls will be exchanged for Yulong. Radiant Souls, Serpent Scales, Hair of the Dog, Quill and Paper will be exchanged for Safanad. ​
