Wrong gem on elite level 26,27

    Dear users and Admins,

    I already contacted the dutch support about this subject, but they lack in helping the players.

    The problem:

    On the 4th of September I gained elite level 27, a few days before I gained elite level 26.

    Well, I checked on level 25 the stones because of the new design (yellow and black colour, reaching a new line of designs)

    Further I played to gain my elite level 27 as fast as possible and I didnt check my elite 26 what gems I got on that ship.

    Before anyone is accusing me of anything like your own fault.

    1. I didnt touch my elite 26 and elite 27 with gems
    2. I only touch my elite 25

    So I gained at my elite 25 design:
    +11% harpoondamage and the 5.000 hitpoints

    Elite 26:
    +11% harpoondamage and the 5.000 hitpoints

    Elite 27:
    +11% capturebonus and the 5.000 hitpoints.


    In my opinion and so far I know from the other players and from the FAQ and board.

    Elite 26 has to be +11% capturebonus and 5.000 hitpoints and elite 27 has to be +11% cannondamage


    (Im even not sure if it has to be +11% and not +13% ?? Anyone knows this?)


    So I have 1 gem +11% harpoondamage too much on my account and 1 gem +11% cannondamage less...

    And again, I didnt select or touch my elite 26 or 27!!!

    As you can see on both images..
    Wrong stones at the levels...

    And I swear to my account I really didnt touch it hea..

    But the dutch support says:
    We checked it and everything is right.
    Probably you overwrite the stone with another stone..



    Really hea... I told them 10 times I didnt touch my elite levels :')


    But I said like 100 times already.. I didnt touch my skins...
    You see.. Why I come here? The Dutch support doesnt help their players. They only give bans.

    And after I send a reply I got back:

    This ticket has been closed


    So they didnt help me.


    Please help me!

    I am sorry but as you have already contacted the dutch support, there is really nothing I can do. I cannot read the information on your account, only the dutch team can deal with this. You will have to go back to them.

    As there is nothing further I can do I shall close.
