    Alas i took em days but the got there

    subscrips seem to be fixed

    onto the matter of compy for the lost time

    is it in the pipeline or would we be better talking to the nearest wall?

    Please don't be so ignorant as to delete a perfectly valid and legitimate previously posted concern of mine from this forum again.

    I am a customer that has paid for a service that so far has not been received, as such I have every legal right to make a statement or voice my concern over. It is my money !!!

    Or would you prefer me to complicate matters for your finance department instead by contacting my credit card provider as mentioned in the thread below to start the chargeback process?

    So far I have been patient...as per the request from, Seren. In fact it is a condition from the card issuer, that all reasonable steps to seek reimbursement are followed up with the supplier who has failed to deliver...this is one of the first steps should I regrettably find that legal condition to be necessary.

I realize you are frustrated. As the moderator team are also players, these issues are plaguing us as well. We are not exempt. Finally, please check your log book, you may find that your subscriptions have actually been re-booked to you by the system.

    Well thanks for that info, but should the need to check our logbooks which themselves are not always accurate really exist. Could that important information not have been made public knowledge well before now?

    I wasn't hi-jacking any thread. I was posting my concern in support of Mac who also felt he had the need, again I may add, to express his ongoing distaste at the same old situation which is sadly commonplace within this game.
