I upgraded some level one extensions and did not look like I can have more than 7 level two extensions. I ask before I ask support to tell me where the other extensions went. Did I make a mistake buy trying to upgrade more than 7 reinforced ribs?

you can have more than 7 level 2 ribs follow this link https://board-en.seafight.com/threads/ship-extensions.171223/
and you can see all the expansion slots required by all the extensions ... 1 rib = 25 slots and the maximum amount of slots im aware of is 225 so you can eqquip at least 9 ribbs

    Ahoy,

When you upgrade Extensions, you do get a lower amount than you started with. To upgrade Level 1 Extensions to Level 2, you require 3 Level 1 extensions along with some other in-game currencies and will get 2 Level 2 Extensions back.

Your fellow pirate is also correct; Reinforced Ribs use 25 Equipment Slots per Rib, this can be seen in the bible entry your fellow pirate has provided or in-game when hovering your mouse over the Expansion.

Therefore, depending on how many Equipment Slots your ship has this limits the number of Reinforced Ribs that can be equipped. To equip 8, you would need to have at least 200 Expansion Slots.
