    There is a lot of information in that link. Please read it and I will be happy to explain anything that is confusing. As far as the skins go, as you progress up the rankings, skins will become available to you.

    Hastorus skin for 100 mllion gold i was talking about, not the normal lvl skins. I got the gold but i dont kno what requirements they need.

    Your fellow pirate is correct, in order to access the Buccaneer's Bounty you were required to purchase any of the     Birthday Treats pacakages, as listed in the forum. However, this sale ended on the 28th of March at noon, and it is now no longer possible to gain access to the Buccaneer's Bounty.
