Missing Tier Awards

Hi - tonight I purchased the tier 3 , 3rd column season progression for 30 coins. I was supposed to receive 3 emperor booty bags, barricaded top deck and 15 homing mines but they were not credited to my account. Here is my logbook posting:

2019-11-25 16:05:47 You received 5 x Robust Wood Pieces.
2019-11-25 16:05:47 You received 10 x Premium Metal Scraps.
2019-11-25 16:05:47 You received 25000 x Voodoo Doom ammunition.
2019-11-25 16:05:47 You received 55 x Advanced Frames.
2019-11-25 16:05:46 30x Coin of Effort was/were removed. Reason: Season Progression.

Whats the scoop?
Wonder if I haven't been credited for other winnings in other tiers...

Check that those are not the ones at the bottom of each that goes into the tier chest you can open with the keys.

On the season progression tier chest 3 shows all the items at the top indicating that they were awarded.

 

If they are in the top section beside the tier chest, then you only actually earn them when the chest is opened with a key(s).

4. Tier Rewards - The items or random items (question mark icons) will be added to the Tier Rewards

Read the whole section to understand how it works.

Your logbook entries in your post are for the Stage rewards, the items you say you are missing are Tier Rewards that you get when all of the stages of that tier are completed and you open the tier chest with key(s).

Kittystomper we have looked into your account and you did indeed receive the correct reward. Here is a screenshot of the rewards you received and they are the correct ones.
