Can't Continue like this

Big point plan to fix the game? every day we cant play and especially the last 3-4 weeks we are able to play like 10 minutes without game stop work.Its impossible to play.

maybe is time to compensate for all this time when game is unplayable .. the timer on our buffs doesnt stop when game is down or is lagging and freezing every second.
here some buffs for wich u maybe wana put a voucher code

and more ... if u count the time when game was unplayable last 2 months that will add a gd couple days in buffs

stuck on 39% again and cant login england server.

as usual problems with the game just take it down for a week and post it back up without bugs everywhere

 

games getting pretty pointless when you spend more time seeing 39% more than youre on the water.....and realizing..."hey im paying for this crap" is just pouring salt on a wound.....i guess if its that unfixable tell us all so we can find something new to waste money on....thanks

 

Game freezes can't even finish a quest

 

Bp s policy has been clear all these years! they will only fix payment problems and nothing more, since they still get money for the "product" they offer why would they care?

This Has clearly shown how much your players mean when not even 1 Admin replies or mentions anything about it been passed on so i Propose that nobody login for 7 days and make a player movement against this *Edit* ...... Good Day Pirates ^^

 

Finally time to close the servers...? I don't know what kind of programmers you have, but they clearly don't know what could be the problem anymore. Of course the mods stay away, there's no answers or new info, no one knows what could be done.

 

emptied catch, deleted browser history, stood on one foot while singing amazing grace....and others are back on the water but my seachart is froze on....you guessed it....39% come on guys atleast change the number this is getting boring lol

I mean, sure some tecnical issues one need expect, but the game is more down than up ?

Then we get the automatic answer as always : " our developers are aware of the problem and look into it" xDDDDDDD Hope they dont get payed well then,because apparantly your developers are broken also and dont work.

you should be ashamed. Shut the *Edit* down or fix the game, is it really that hard ?

 

It looks like we are not allowed to finish the season. You can't even finish one game in the raid map. It looks like after each fix things get worse and not better.
How are we supposed to know when we are able to play and when not. this is the second time today that we are not able to log on and god knows for how long.

 

As long as people continue to pump money into the machine why should they shut it down or fix it??? Paying players should stop paying for awhile!!!

 

at this point, I don't think support even reads our messages...they just post this generic answer. I have received it 5 times....exact wording.. With a follow up survey on how satisfied I was with support! LMAO

 

It seems you stopped reading these posts about the game problems. I just want to highlight that it's a problem towards clearing rifts for season. Today was especially bad, and I didn't get the rifts done when in the timeframe where we could enter the game - give us the days back where it just freezes each couple of minutes and we are still able to theoretically do the rifts.

 

The paying players have the power to either force them to fix the problems or shut the game down. It's called "boycott". If they aren't willing to come to together to force change, then there is no reason for BP to fix anything.

 

They don't even bother to reply here with all the unannounced restarts that don't help with lag, oh and gave a patch day note saying they found and fixed a performance issue lol looks like that did more harm than good to fix anything. Like I said they could shout it down for days and still have not one person there that can fix this game seen it for over 10 years has not changed any performance in game issues period!
