We know many of you are experiencing connection issues when using the Unity Launcher. In order to solve this issue as fast as possible and for as many players as we can, we need your help.

All during playing time period you'll a get popup saying server un-available with close/login, sometimes click login a couple times to get seachart back. So today any time I try and accept any quest that has boarding I a instant popup server un-availableso those quest can not do so far not sure on others just started doing them this morning on server 1351

 

a lot of people have connection problems you are not the only one, I get that messages everytime I accept a quest

i can't play, keeps reconnecting endlessly
estimated Time/ Date it happened: since the appearance of unity I can not play by the application only by 1 single browser and it still crashes, because it is not well prepared

 

Only the boarding quest and just started that today only other quest that hasn't been working for me is Reputation Makes Perfection harping 5 Wreck of Riches browser or client. Well I spoke to soon it wasn't working before but today it did.

Can not accept any quest that has boarding in quest. Today anyway will see tomorrow

After 3 weeks and still can't get on most of the time. When I do. click the cauldron or any thing else it kicks me back off. Is this so called updated game worth tracking us over ?

As mentioned above, we are unable to assist unless we have some information regarding your specific issue. We are unable to replicate the issue (it's not happening to us), which is why we need as much info from the players who are experiencing this in order to get this fixed.

As the bare minimum we require the information I have listed above, but if you are willing, please contact support to provide more information about your computer and the game logs to try get it sorted - these can not be placed in the forum.

Today, - reconnecting ....logged out ....I didn't!!! All during playing time period - get popup saying server un-available with close/login, sometimes click login a couple times to get seachart back. Sometimes Main Page gets a 'white out' if I go to place a bid on auction.
When I am lucky enough to enter, the game ship on a go slow on map changes or click on any icon many times to gain a response.
Even transfer to Forum page is not always possible cos of 'white-out'.
Today at midday onwards. Nuthin to do with full cache which I drained/reset - also rebooted comp and hub.
All these problems have been reported before - its not us the players - it is 'UNITY'!!!
