    What used to take seconds for the captains to prepare for another journey, now takes several hours. Why?

    There were no changes implemented within the League of Captains.

    I strongly believe you must be talking about your captains Vitality.

    Please be aware that once your Captains Vitality drop under certain number he will be unable to do any tasks for your until his vitality is regained.
