How In The World Can A Player Have These Stats?

Based on the Maximium Values section in the SF Bible (and I know it isn't "up-to-date"), but still.....it's close to impossible!

 

you probably mean his defensive stats as his offensive ones seem 'normal' assuming he has bloodlust and hailstorm on. as i dont have it myself i cant confirm, but given his speed is in the negative and all his defensive stats are stupidly high i think he might be under the effect of the "Full Metal Anchor" manoeuvre. in its description in the forum it says it stops you from moving and greatly increases survivability.

 

I believe you are seeing the "The best of the best Exploits and or Hacking and Cracking". Usually happens when a half way decent event occurs. Since Admin is usually way behind the power curve it will be awhile before DeBuffs occur.

 

The current "state of the game" is such that it makes it extremely difficult to know what is legit or not. (And I have often found that ships that are tough-to-sink are not legit). But my thanks to pirate cmfrtblynumb regarding that "manoeuvre" information. I had never heard of it, and these things are rare to see (at least, in my experience). I will see what the mod says about it. I don't know how you can have dodge chance and damage prevention that extemely high simultaneously either, but maybe that is a specific characteristic of that particular "manoeuvre".

Such high defensive statistic as well as speed can be obtained by using the FMA (Full Metal Anchor), one of the Captain Manouvers, as pointed by your fellow pirate.

There is nothing wrong with these stats, here's an example under FMA:

No external program can affect in-game stats - everything can be explained if you only take a closer look at it.
