What change your ship speed ?

Can we have a list of things who effect the speed of our ship ?

I can't find the complete information even I search in the forum.

I get crazy trying to understand why without changing anything on my ship my speed can change.

And no, any debuff or anything else new to explains it.

So I will be glad to have a list of what effect the speed of the ship (not the temporary one like swifstone or pumpkins)
* castles
* Queen legacy and ?
* Sails
* gems (pet and ship)

what else ?

For What It is Worth: I don't think the "Max Value on Speed" table includes the Scorpio buff. And to keep you from getting confused, I will recall yesterday's experience. My boat is currently maxed out for speed. I have all of the speed buffs, castles, etc., yet I spied my stats yesterday at different times (while stationary), and I had 3 different values come up - around 1700, 1500, and 1300 at different points in the day. It makes no sense. (And I am well aware that the Voodoo Shield needs to be full, as well as all of one's presets the same when comparing). I have just accepted that the game isn't working correctly, because I had no combination of buffs expiring, etc., that would explain a 400-point difference within the same day. And I have analyzed this question many times over several months. That is just the way it is.

The game is working correctly on the Speed point calculation, if your speed points changed that's because you must have changed something within your preset, your HP is not maxed or your VP is to low.
