Repairing not repairing

    Further to the problem mentioned by @The*Defiant , I have also noticed this. In Atlantis for sure. Something that he didn't mention that I noticed is that when this happens, the blue repair sparkles on the sub don't display. When I notice this, I toggle the repair off/on and it seems to work again. I wonder if this is related to the 'can't repair at all' problem I mentioned in an earlier thread?

    Ahoy Bawdyn!

    Please be aware that NPCs also hit you with different kind of torpedoes, and as mentioned within the     Breaches FAQ some of them may cause specific effect - stop you from repair for example.

    Additionally there seem to be an issue with repair overall (Atlantis) which was already forwarded.
