    please sail around SH, quest-givers should appear once you get closer to them.

    The Quest Giver you look for is at AR 23. You have stand there. And you will see you PT is going on there, and theres also a Quest below this, where you get the Quest you need to collect thos items to use in the future.

    If you cant`see any Quest Givers at all. Clear Cache, or try log in with the Unity. I do play on the same server as you and I have done the Quest earlier.

    Nothing works tried unity cleared cashe logged in and out. Nothing. My friends can see a questgiver but I can't even when I stand on AR23

    FORGET IT. I was sinked by sandstorm and was moved to safe-haven 9, didn't realized that, so sorry to have wasted your time.
