    USS_Defender(CAG-01) Exceptional Talent

    Advancement of Quest Completions in Atlantis are stagnated because of the inability to spawn an Admiral Devil Claw. The NPC required to spawn it are unsinkable. Might want to send a couple of the Admin/Mod ships to verify the veracity of what I say.
