Akkorospawn & Karkinos not found

I been looking since yesterday and cannot find one....1 map and 8 and 9 map.

I skipped the quest to go to 10.....

I can confirm that the Akkorospawn can be found in map 1 (although moves around quickly). The Karkinos I can also confirm, can be found in maps 8 and 9 (this sits still).

Both will take a while to respawn after being sunk.

how often do they respawn?
I managed to get the akko and karkinos.

We have not been provided with that informaiton. However, from personal experience there seems to be one in the map and respawns fairly quickly.
