    Hey, lets answer the question the player has before closing the thread, if you can't answer simple questions, why even moderate the forums? Wow, I mean seriously? Can't answer a question?

    Your question in your last post was answered, Self moderating of global chat is not allowed, and could cause more problems within the chat its self.
    As stated in my last reply, The chat rules are there for all to check in the forum, so there is no need for them to be placed in chat.
