Suggestion Assist on a Quest

I used to know how to navigate thru the game by typing in the coordinates somewhere; enter coordinates and your ship starts moving toward the designated coordinates. I forgot how to do it. I need someone to refresh my memory. Any help would appreciated.

 

That feature has been gone for a long time. What you can do now is use the mini-map. If you scroll the view with it the view of the main map moves too. Move that view to where you want to go and then on the main ma click the target location and you ship will go there.

Simply type your coordinates into these boxes and press Enter button.

I was shocked to see that the Compass Rose coordinate system still exists (albeit in a different form)! Was this change ever announced?

 

I didn't know you could do that either. The coordinates are 'faded' which usually means its not an entry field. I tried it out and it doesn't seem to work in SH, but I was able to enter in the regular maps.

This feature has always been available, it was never removed. When we moved to the new mini map a few years ago it was included and was also noted in the Mini Map FAQ.
