Atlantis dodge and damage prevention?

    Atlantis dodge and damage prevention? Does it actually work against NPC's , 0% torpedo damage prev v 20+% dont see any difference.
    Same for dodge 0% v 8%.

    Both stats are working as intended.

    Dmg prevention +17% and Dodge Chance 9.5%:

    Since there is no issue within the Atlantis (submarine) dodge / damage prevention and there is no further response I shall close this thread.
