    Ahoy lude1962!

    You can obtain your Gemcutter's Necklace from NPC Lancet once your quest "The thread in the darkness" is active.

    To move forward start your quest "The thread in the darkness" collect 5 items and move forward within your quest line (without delivering "The thread in the darkness").
