    USS_Defender(CAG-01) Exceptional Talent

    Some submarines in Atlantis have a Red Disc or circle surrounding their ship. The ones with Red Discs have exceptional torpedo firepower. What equipment/capability is required to obtain this Red Disc/Circle?
